1. According to your inquiry , we will provide the most cost-effective label stickers solution.
2. Free digital printing sample can be offered, then you can compare it with artwork ,that will be more convenient for you to adjust and confirm.
3. When start production, we will show you the each step photos of production process . ( If possible ,you could send your product to us during production,then we can put the sticker on it to show you around the overall effects).
4. Regard the lead time, we can promise within 5 workdays after received payment with artwork finished. if it was a delay, we will offer the extra 1000pcs stickers in your next order as compensation(it means if the next order with 1000pcs stickers , we will offer 2000pcs stickers with the same price as compesation), or you can advise what 's your opinion in compensation.
5. When production finished, our quality control department will check each label sticker and compare with artwork, if not matched, we will revise it shortly.
6. Package with 5 layers corrugated carton box, each label sticker will be put into clear plastic bag in advance for protecting it from wearing. what's more our company brochure and name card will be attached into package , it will help you to learn more your supplier.
7. As for the after-sales service , we accept any feedback within 5 days after received goods. if there are any label stickers quality problem, the problem label stickers can be reprinted for free, also the shipping cost.
